Affiliate program decisions.  What kind of affiliate program should you be implementing? One time payment or residual?  How do you decide just how much that commission should be? How to manage program accesibility - should it be open to the public or only available to members?

All of these questions have to be answered before we move on to Session Two next week where we will help our MSI Entrepreneurs make the right decision on the technology that will manage and support their subscription based product.
